Had lower back tighness and was getting headaches. Dr. Holman suggested continued adjustments and excercises/stretches. After 2 months of treatment, no lower back tightness and haven't had a single headache. I move easier, have more energy, more alert, and overall just feel healthier since starting with Dr. Holman.
Dr. Holman always does a great job explaining the problem as well as the treatment plan. I always leave my appointments feeling like I am the best I can be.
I was dealing with severe back pain and initially went to urgent care. Because they were concerned it could be kidney-related, they sent me to the ER. The ER doctor believed the pain was most likely muscular rather than kidney-related. My boyfriend then recommended Dr. Holman at Optimal Health Chiropractic, where he had been a patient for some time. I had never been to a chiropractor before, but I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did.
Dr. Holman made me feel comfortable right away. He explained everything he was doing, which was especially helpful since this was completely new to me. He’s very personable and always takes the time to explain things rather than just rushing through the appointment.
When I first went in, I could barely walk without pain. After just two sessions, I was able to walk pain-free, and after my third or fourth session, the pain was almost completely gone. I was honestly amazed at how quickly I started feeling better.
The two ladies at the front desk have also been really friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the pricing was upfront, so I knew what to expect without any surprises.
And I have to mention the basketball hoop on Dr. Holman’s trash cans 😂. When he changes the paper on the table, he gets to take a shot at it. I'm happy to report that his talents extend beyond chiropractic care.

I've suffered from all types of headaches including migraines since I was young and they have never been more controlled since I started seeing Dr. Holman. I haven't needed an emergency visit which seemed to be a normal occurrence with other providers in the past which has been a breathe of fresh air. He's super flexible if I need to move around appointment. My son loves going so much he even tries going more than he needs to. Truly the best! Thank you for helping me heal and better my life.
